REQUIREMENTS

Your child’s age at time of death must be considered a minor in the state you reside.

Only one urn/memorial per child.

Child must have already passed away.

If your child is not cremated, you may apply for a memorial. Memorials will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Typically, this is in the form of a keepsake box. (Please fill out application for an urn and specify in the subject box that you want a memorial.)

Please understand that these are made with donations and on a voluntary basis. If you are accepted, the urn may not be delivered for up to 10 weeks.

After you hit apply, you will receive an email with some choices of customization options. We ask you to be prompt with your reply so that there is as minimal delay in you receiving your gift of remembrance.

Please do not attempt to send the remains to Xander’s Legacy. We do not handle remains. After you receive the urn, typically your Funeral Service Provider will help with the placement of the remains in the urn and seal it up.

We also ask you that remains are not directly placed into the urn. Please keep them in the plastic they were received in. This is an added precaution to protect your loved ones’ remains.
